1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Voicehold StudioLab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Bookings and use of space

• Bookings are hourly; setup and teardown must occur within your scheduled time.
• Only registered guests may occupy rooms. Capacity limits are strictly enforced.
• Food and drink must be kept away from equipment; water with lids is permitted.
• You are responsible for the behavior of your guests and any damages to the premises or equipment.

3. Payments and charges

• Rates are posted in the catalog and may change without notice prior to booking.
• Add-ons (e.g., engineer support) are billed per hour.
• Taxes and fees may apply based on jurisdiction and payment method.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours prior to the start time. Within 24 hours, 50% of the booking is charged. No-shows are charged in full. To reschedule, contact us as early as possible; availability is not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, or dangerous activities on premises.
• Follow staff safety instructions and posted equipment guidelines.
• Do not bypass or tamper with safety systems, wiring, or acoustic treatments.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. Intellectual property

We own the site design, trademarks, and original content. Your recordings remain yours; we do not claim ownership of your creative works.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicehold StudioLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected booking.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
