What is included with my studio rental?
Every room includes dynamic microphones, headphones, clean preamps, a hardware or software recorder, and sanitization between sessions. You also get complimentary coffee and water.
Can I bring my own engineer or gear?
Yes. Outside engineers are welcome, and you may bring approved equipment. We simply ask for 10 minutes buffer time for patching and a quick safety check by our staff.
Do you support remote guests and call-ins?
Absolutely. Rooms support Cleanfeed, Zoom, or phone patch. We recommend our engineer add-on for complex hybrid setups.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is hourly by room tier. Optional add-ons like an on-site engineer or additional headphone amps are available. See the catalog for room-specific rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time. Within 24 hours, we charge 50% of the booking. No-shows are charged in full.
Are the studios accessible?
Yes, main corridors and select rooms provide ADA access with elevators and wide doors. If you have specific needs, reach out via contact.
Do you provide video recording?
Several rooms are camera-ready with lighting and HDMI feeds. While audio remains our focus, we can accommodate simple multicam capture upon request.
How do I extend my session?
If the room is available, you can extend in 30-minute increments. Ask our staff during your session or book the additional time via the catalog.
What file formats do you deliver?
Default is 48kHz/24-bit WAV with mirrored SD backup. We can provide MP3s or other formats on request.
